OWCP Wage Loss lasts until OWCP determines you are capable of returning to work. The medical benefit lasts the life of the injury.

However, OWCP Schedule Awards can be paid out once the injury reaches Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI).

MMI is determined by your doctor and will serve to compute your impairment rating.
