You are protected from sexual harassment, unwelcome requests or advances, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.
Religious

Retaliation
The fact that you have filed an EEO claim cannot cause additional retaliatory problems. This is the most frequents form of discrimination.
Pregnancy
An employer cannot discriminate towards a pregnant employee due to pregnancy childbirth, or related medical condition.

Claims are Time-sensitive
Deadline: 180 days from date of discrimination
